To Nox, Pack Leader of the Cursed:

Following is a translation of the manuscript fragment you acquired and brought to me. Several months of work have yielded this document, which I urge you to treat with care and secrecy.

The original, based on carbon dating and the manufacture and quality of the paper, appears to be between six and seven thousand years old, making it among the oldest fragments ever found by our Kind. It does, in fact, predate most known Noddist works. It is preserved now in an inert Nitrogen atmosphere, sealed in a vault known only to the Librarians.

In the process of translating this document, I have begun to find frightening patterns in the ravings of Jacob the Glitch. I know not what this means, but it bodes ill for our City of Black Miracles.
